Orders placed during May were mostly affected by this problem up till mid of June.
Due to a bug in our system, order confirmation emails and shipment notifications (tracking numbers) were not sent out to the customers. These issues are fixed already, but all customers who still experience them and did not receive a tracking number as of now should feel free to drop us a message and we’re happy to help. We are really sorry for this & hope for your understanding.
