The estimated delivery time is dependent on our 3-7 business days of processing and shipping time. Actual shipping time only begins after the order is shipped out and the transit varies to which courier handles your package's delivery.

To get a clearer understanding of the shipping time, we provided information about the courier delivery lead time.

In situations where your package is delayed, there are instances where it might be held by your customs, local couriers, or post office. Please check with them first, and if the issue is not resolved, kindly reach out to our support team immediately. This situation is different in every country, but some packages are held by customs for a week or longer. Please understand that this is beyond our control.
