If on a rare occasion your order has a defect or is damaged upon receipt, contact us within 7 days from when the order was received. Please include the product name, photos of the damaged item(s) highlighting the concern, and the box showing the shipping label. According to our return & refund policy, we will assume that the item arrived in perfect condition if we do not hear from you.
